Video master class on knitting a Christmas tree:

Description of the process of knitting a Christmas tree with knitting needles:

As already mentioned above, there are a lot of knitting options for this Christmas tree. It can be knitted with stockinette stitch or double-sided pattern, you can change colors at the levels, you can knit it in stripes. Well, as mentioned above, it can be crocheted. The main principle itself is to connect several squares, fold them in a certain way and sew them together, and then decorate.

So, we connected 5 squares. All loops in the squares are indicated taking into account the edge ones, which we knit like this: we remove the first one, and we knit the last one from the wrong side. The tiers were knitted with green yarn in 2 strands. Density in 1 cm - 2.08 loops and 3.63 rows. Choose knitting needles so that the fabric is dense and elastic. It should not be connected very loosely.

  • 1 square: 54 loops and 89 rows + 1 row closing (26x26 cm);
  • 2 square: 44 loops and 77 rows + 1 row closing (21x21 cm);
  • 3 square: 34 loops and 59 rows + 1 row closing (16x16 cm);
  • 4 square: 24 loops and 39 rows + 1 row closing (11x11 cm);
  • 5 square: 14 loops and 23 rows + 1 row closing (6x6 cm).

We close the row in the classical way, knitting the loops with the front ones and throwing them one after the other. That is why we do it in the purl row, so that on the front side we have a line of purl closed loops. Or you can use lightweight. But the elasticity of the edge in this case does not play any role, so choose any method.

To make the Christmas tree smaller, you can knit only 2-3 squares, or choose thinner yarn.

Thus, it is necessary to tie all the squares. Subsequently, it looks as if the branches of the Christmas tree are powdered with snow.

Now you need to fold all the tied squares as shown in the first photo. Then lift the tip of each tier and hide it under the tier above. After you have outlined - you can safely sew. All this can be seen in the video tutorial above.

When everything is ready, you can decorate the Christmas tree. For this we used small buttons with four holes, small Christmas balls and bows. You can make bows yourself (we show this in the video tutorial) or just buy ready-made ones in any needlework store. It was the bows that were sewn on with sewing threads. The balls were fastened with their own threads, with which they were sold. And the buttons were sewn with green yarn in one thread.

This beauty is now decorating our room!

    I liked this knitted Christmas tree pattern. Five tiers, decorations and a star at the top of the Christmas tree. Unfortunately, I can only crochet, so I won’t be able to create such a miracle, and those who know the knitting technique can knit a real Christmas tree.

    For crafts you will need:

    red and green yarn

    knitting needles and hook,

    sintepon.

    We take knitting needles and green yarn. Cast on exactly 22 stitches.

    one row do the front

    now the front. We continue to knit, removing one loop each time. Next, we knit the first two loops. Front and loop of red yarn.

    now we knit like this: two loops are green, one is red.

    now we make a purl row, decrease the loops

    we alternate the next row and knit the first two and last two loops.

    now the purl row without decreasing and the front row without alternation, but with decreasing loops.

    in this way we knit until you get a triangle.

    we knit another triangle, but only plain, green.

    We knit two parts with red yarn using a hook. We fill inside with synthetic winterizer.

    at the bottom of the Christmas tree we knit a tree trunk. We knit two rows of six columns without a crochet.

    if you want to hang a toy on a Christmas tree, then we attach a loop on top.

    It is not necessary to buy a Christmas tree, and then think about how to take it out. If you really want a Christmas tree for the New Year, but you can’t buy it, then the way out is to make a Christmas tree with your own hands. One of the options is to knit a Christmas tree with knitting needles or crochet. My version of the Christmas tree implies both knitting needles and a hook - the base of the Christmas tree is knitted with knitting needles, and the needles are crocheted.

    For craftswomen-needlewomen, nothing is impossible! Tie a bow? Nothing complicated! Especially when there are so many tips and ideas on the Internet in the form of various master classes. I myself really liked the non-traditional knitted leash, made of allo-red and boiling white threads. In addition to them, we need:

    • knitting needles;
    • pot;
    • synthetic winterizer (for filling the lochka);
    • sticks (for example, from a sushi bar - for the trunk);
    • paralon or gypsum (as an element holding the lock).

    So, we begin to knit long triangles - the future bow. One side will be red, the other side will be white. After the triangles are ready, we connect them with threads, not forgetting about the synthetic winterizer.

    We decorate our lock with buttons (or beads):

    Now let's start assembling the lki - we strengthen the tree trunk and put the latch in a pot:

    As a result, we get such unusual, but absolutely New Year's locks, knitted with our own hands. They are not ashamed to present as a gift!

    There is a very easy way to knit a Christmas tree with knitting needles. For such a beautiful Christmas tree

    you will need to connect five green squares with the number of loops, respectively, 63, 53, 43, 33, and 23 loops (by the way, such squares can also be crocheted). Tie each resulting square with a golden thread. Then fold the square as in the photo and sew. You can decorate the Christmas tree with beads, sequins, beads, a bow or buttons.

    There are several options. Fantasy also matters.

    It is not enough to tie the bow, you also need to decorate it in an original way.

    If the lacquer is large, you can use sweets, jewelry, small local dyeing.

    If it is small, then various beads, beautiful buttons, etc. will do.

    So, how to tie a bow?

    Option one.

    Made of bouclé yarn. Consists of three parts that are knitted separately and then connected.

    The knitting is circular. The typed loops are evenly distributed on 4 knitting needles, knit with the front looking.

    On the 5th row in every second row you need to add one loop in the middle of all the needles.

    Finish and close the loops when the top reaches 7 cm.

    So one part is knitted.

    Then the other two parts are knitted in the same way.

    Option two.

    For such a lock, yarn of two colors, a synthetic winterizer, a wand, a small pot, and fantasy, of course, are required. After all, you can figure out for yourself how to decorate such a lock with dignity.

    And it’s easy to knit. Triangles are knitted, which are connected to each other and filled with synthetic winterizer. The more synthetic winterizer, the larger the loop will turn out.

    There are really a lot of options for knitted locks. There are also very complex ones in execution, requiring huge, painstaking work. Only a true craftswoman can handle such things. But there are much easier ones that require quite a bit of effort and time from you. However, this does not make them less beautiful and original. I propose to knit something in between - not a very simple, but far from the most complex bow, but not with knitting needles, but with a crochet.

    In the course of work we will need:

    • yarn (in this case with lurex);
    • hook 1.75;
    • an unnecessary magazine with a cardboard cover (in principle, you can just use cardboard);
    • synthetic winterizer

    We make a cone from the cover of a magazine (or from cardboard), fix it with tape and wrap it in a padding polyester. In turn, we sew the synthetic winterizer around the edges and sew it to the bottom edge of the cardboard cone. In order for the synthetic winterizer not to shine through future branches, we wrap the cone with threads, starting from the top.

    We knit the top: ring, from the ring 6 tbsp. without a crochet, in the second row in each column, 2 more columns. We get a circle, from which we knit 4-5 rows without additions and get something like a hat. This is our top. We put it on a cone and begin to tie it with a mesh of air loops according to the principle - 5 ch. in every 3rd. After 4-5 rows - 6 ch. in every 4th; after another 4-5 rows - 7ch, then 8. Having tied the mesh to the end, we sew the last row to the lower edge of the cone.

    Then we knit the branches (on top of the grid): the first 3-4 levels - 5 loops in every third loop of the chain; Level 5 - we knit not in each circular strip of the chain, but through one.

    We knit a circle that will serve us as the bottom. For stability, we put any unnecessary, but relatively heavy thing at the bottom. We fill the cone with padding polyester and sew the bottom to the bottom edge of the cone. We decorate the loch as you wish.

Homemade knitted Christmas trees of different types are very popular with children. You can please your baby by making for him one of those models that you will find in our lesson. Any of them will be an interior decoration if you add it to the company of New Year's toys. When the design allows, place the knitted tree in the center of the festive table, on the nightstand, chest of drawers or desk, like a figurine. You just need to spend a little time and knit any of your favorite models with your own hands. The knitting process is simple, and any needlewoman, even not very experienced, will cope with it.

In the lesson we will look at some of the most popular ways of such needlework.

To make this original Christmas tree, you will need a skein of thread "Grass" (100 grams), green. If desired, a toy Christmas tree can be made from yarn of a different color:

In addition, prepare ordinary knitting needles, sequins, beads and glass beads, tinsel and snowflakes. Pick up all those small shiny details that can decorate a small Christmas tree and make it smart. To decorate the trunk, you will need a wooden stick with a length of 25 to 30 centimeters (cm):

The stand can be made from a small glass, and for various purposes you will need threads, a needle and plasticine. Let's start needlework by making the bottom part. For her, we will knit 21 loops (P) with knitting needles, and we will knit the square shape of the fabric with front loops (LP) in the front rows. On the reverse side, we knit purl loops (IP). The result is a regular stocking knit. The second square is knitted from 20 P, that is, one less, and it will be the next layer of the tree. We will need to make 18 squares, each of which is 1 P less than the previous one:

Having finished the last detail, we sheathe the edges with sparkles that imitate small toys. As a result, you will get this result:

Now it remains to carefully put together all the related parts, stringing them one by one on an imaginary trunk. Before starting the assembly, the barrel stick must be inserted into a plastic cup, and this container must be filled with plasticine, fixing the barrel vertically. The largest square is put on the stick first, and then all the others as they decrease. Having finished stringing the parts on the trunk, we straighten them all in turn. Finishing the needlework, we put a small star on the top of the head.

We knit beautiful interior Christmas trees according to the photo master class

To knit such an unusual Christmas tree in red and white colors, you will need yarn, knitting needles, a plastic pot, wooden sticks, synthetic winterizer and foam rubber (the latter can be replaced with gypsum to fill the container):

For each craft, you will need two knitted long triangles, one of which is white and the second is red. Their surface is decorated with embroidery, buttons and beads:

Two ready-made triangles are sewn together and filled with padding polyester:

Now it remains only to fix the trunk inside the craft:

We install the finished product in a pot, and admire the result of the work.

Unusual triangular Christmas tree toy

We knit a model of a Christmas tree with knitting needles, which can be presented or used as a beautiful toy for the New Year holiday. For knitting, you will need two colors of yarn, red and green. In addition, we will prepare knitting needles, a hook and any soft filler (you can take a synthetic winterizer). We will dial with knitting needles 22 P with threads of a green shade:

Then you need to make the first row (P) with facial loops:

On the reverse side of the work, we knit the second row with purl loops:

From the third front P, we begin to work with knitting needles with decreasing loops, which is performed at the beginning and end of the row. After knitting 2 P together, you need to knit 1 P in green, and 1 P in red yarn:

In the same R we knit, alternating two green and one red loop. At the end we knit 2 P together, making another decrease:

The next 4th purl R must be knitted only in green, without reducing the number of P.:

We continue to knit the fabric of this product with our own hands, subtracting P along the edges of the front R, and periodically make red blotches in them:

On the wrong side of the loop, we do not decrease, and in the front R we make blotches of the red thread only at certain intervals:

We knit with this technique until we get such a triangular fabric with red dots:

Having finished the first triangle, we will knit another one of the same, but only without red splashes:

When both triangles are ready, you need to connect them together by crocheting. The inner space is filled with padding polyester:

The trunk of the product is also crocheted, with single crochets. To do this, knit six single crochets in two rows:

If you sew a loop of thread on such a Christmas tree, you can use it as a toy for the new year.

Video: Knitting Christmas trees in a lesson for beginners

The Christmas tree is a symbol of the coming new year. If you want to decorate your apartment or workplace for the holidays, we suggest you think about knitted Christmas trees. They can be hung on a hook or put on a desktop. If you knit toys from bright threads and decorate with beads, you can hang them on a Christmas tree.

There are many patterns of knitted Christmas trees on the Internet, but most often they are made using a crochet hook. We thought and decided to make the same selection, but for those who prefer knitting needles. It is more difficult to knit small details with knitting needles, make decreases and calculate loops, but not for those who love knitting needles very much. Although, by a strange coincidence, all sorts of interesting toys are crocheted and described, there are much more master classes for crocheting.

Types of knitted Christmas trees

  • New Year's toys, they should be small in size and bright in color, different from the color of your tree, otherwise it will be difficult to notice them;
  • large toys for home decoration;
  • in the form of accessories - pendants or earrings;
  • openwork panel on the wall or window.

What color yarn to choose?

A stylized Christmas tree can be absolutely any color: gold, blue, pink and of course you can use all shades of green. The main thing here is to understand how and where you will use the finished product. For example, it doesn’t make much sense to hang a green toy on a Christmas tree, because. she will be lost among the needles. And for the New Year's garland of Christmas trees, just green, red, gold and silver colors are suitable. As a keychain, you can also knit a green Christmas tree from grass-type yarn, it perfectly imitates real needles.

We make a Christmas tree with our own hands

If you don’t know knitting needles well and it’s very difficult for you to make increases / decreases, then make a simple Christmas tree out of threads. Glue a cone of thick paper, coat it with PVA glue and wrap it with threads: exactly turn by turn or randomly. Once the glue is dry, decorate the tree however you like. Not everyone can afford a living tree, and handicrafts will delight their owners for more than one year!

Recently, more and more often I see knitted soft toys on sale. Is this one really in demand? And having asked this question, I crawled into the endless expanses of the Internet and found out that this is really so.

Needlewomen knit cute bears, fluffy bunnies for sale. But I focused on miniature knitted toys called amigurumi. The word is translated - a small toy. The fact is that toys that fit in the palm of your hand can be called that. I found a lot of pictures on the net with ready-made animals. The main thing when knitting amigurumi is to observe proportions. The toy should have a large head and small paws, and knit seamlessly in a circular pattern. At the same time, have a charming muzzle, with a mood.

I remember even in my childhood I tried to knit, but mostly it was hats and scarves. But with toys it’s more difficult - patience is needed there. And those who have it in abundance - they do a good business "with their own hands" in the literal sense!

I really liked this amigurumi dragon! just look into those eyes that hope to meet their mistress))))
