The technique of talking with the subconscious has been developed in detail in a psychological technique called neurolinguistic programming NLP.

The same approach is used in the method of subconscious programming proposed by Valery Sinelnikov. His methodology clearly shows the influence of C. Castaneda, S. Lazarev and NLP, but there are also completely original ideas.

He proceeds from the fact that we create all diseases for ourselves, accumulating negative experiences within ourselves. But this is his first time in every negative emotion there is a hidden positive intention, which she carries. For example, for an emotion like contempt, a positive intention may consist in the desire to change the world and people around us, the desire to get rid of immoral and dishonest people, the poor and ugly. To make the world more beautiful, cleaner and more harmonious.

Pride carries a positive intention to feel unique, valuable and exceptional in this world. The desire for one’s own perfection and for the perfection of the world around us, and so on.

To eliminate the disease, you need to mentally turn to the part of your subconscious that is responsible for the disease, and find out what character traits or thoughts led you to the disease. This can be done using the following exercise, which requires 5-15 minutes of free time.

After this, you need to sit quietly and observe your body as if from the outside. You need to discover how the subconscious will respond to your request. As soon as you notice that something has happened in the body, you can ask yourself the following question: “Did I understand correctly that the “YES” signal- this is... (indicate the signal you noticed). If so, please show the “YES” signal again.

If the “YES” signal repeats, then proceed to the next part of the exercise.

You need to mentally say to yourself: “I thank for the answer that part of my subconscious that is responsible for health. I ask you to show through your body what the answer “NO” will look like.

After this, you again need to sit quietly and observe your body as if from the outside. You need to observe how the subconscious mind responds to your next request. Once you discover that something has happened in the body, you can ask yourself the following question: “Did I understand the signal “NO” correctly?- this is... (indicate the signal you noticed). If so, please show the “NO” signal again.

After this, you again observe whether the signal repeats. If it does not happen again, then try repeating the previous steps again until you receive a response.

If the “NO” signal repeats, then tell yourself: “I thank for the answer the part of my subconscious that is responsible for health. I ask permission to interrupt our contact now and return to him after a while.”

Sometimes the subconscious mind does not show the “NO” signal- in this case, the absence of any other signal can be considered as a “NO” signal.

After this, you can open your eyes and return to a normal state of consciousness.

As you can see, there is nothing complicated in the first stage, and the channel is easily established for almost all people who try this technique.

The response of the subconscious can be in the form of barely noticeable movements of the arms, legs, head, swaying of the entire body, yawning, twitching of body muscles, wiggling of fingers, etc. - you can easily feel them if you are not distracted during the exercise.

This could be a change in breathing rate or heartbeat, some flashes or color spots on the internal screen in the forehead area.

Sometimes these are direct mental responses like: “Yes, I’m here and ready to answer you,” but we suggest you be careful with mental signals, especially at the initial stage of work. First, ask someone to answer you through the body.

In Ericksonian hypnosis, it is customary to use the following micromovements of the index fingers as the most convenient and common signal for communicating with the body: upward micromovements of the index finger of the right hand - signal “YES”, upward micromovements of the index finger of the left hand - signal “NO”, micromovements of both fingers at once - "DON'T KNOW".

In general, it takes most people 5-10 minutes to establish contact with the subconscious through the body. Sometimes this takes more time, but it is almost always possible to come to an agreement with the body if you let go of control and do not idealize the result.

Difficulties occur with controllers, very fussy people with a huge number of chaotic thoughts in their heads - they simply cannot concentrate and catch body signals. And for people who abuse painkillers, they seem to have kicked their nervous system so hard that it doesn’t want to respond to the abuser’s calls.

Then comes the second, main stage of the work - a direct conversation with the area of ​​the subconscious that interests you.

In the process of mental dialogue with the subconscious, you can obtain information about the causes of most of your own diseases. That is, after establishing contact with this area, you can ask: “Is there a positive meaning in the disease of such and such an organ in your body?” And they may answer you: “YES.” Then all that remains is to find out exactly what benefits you get from this disease.

Having received an answer from him, you need to ask him to find another, painless way to realize the same intention.

Of course, this is only a brief retelling of the main idea of ​​the technique; it contains quite a lot of nuances, including mental recoding of those events that then influenced your life. When used correctly, it is quite interesting and effective.

But I want more! Is it possible to learn and control it, instead of running along the shore and shouting: “Where are you, goldfish? I have accumulated desires here!”? Still, your voice is not heard among the crowd shouting the same thing.

It is much better to agree on the fulfillment of desires with the subconscious. Yes, it doesn’t mind. The subconscious listens to you carefully and is ready to help fulfill your desires. But there is one very unpleasant thing. The subconscious mind does not know how to distinguish good desires from bad ones.

Any unsuccessful thoughts that you carelessly thought are stored in the subconscious and begin to live their own life: develop, grow stronger and dominate you. Some crappy thought, slipping past your consciousness, grows into a giant anaconda that strangles you and prevents you from enjoying life. With great difficulty you can get rid of it, but then other nasty thoughts creep and hiss, and this process lasts endlessly.

You can't just get rid of them. The subconscious completely controls your well-being. So when you're already upset, it's not that easy to deal with. You can only access the subconscious in a calm state, so take a moment when no one is tugging at you and try to do this.

How to access the subconscious

It is possible to come to an agreement with the subconscious. This makes me happy. But there is a fly in the ointment here too. The subconscious is “dressed in a reinforced concrete spacesuit” called psychoprotection. Psychoprotection does not give you the opportunity to easily change your opinion about yourself. That is, if you think that you are not able to play tennis, or are weak in mathematics, or cannot communicate with people, then it is almost impossible to change this opinion.

Even if you win a set, you will attribute your success to chance or luck. But most likely nothing will come of it. You won’t try hard when playing tennis, because - “Why?”

And even more so, you won’t take a problem book off the shelf in order to warm up on a couple of problems. And it wouldn’t even occur to you to come up and arrange a date. It is almost impossible to change your subconscious opinion about yourself. Nature has created a powerful spacesuit that protects against any attempts to change the subconscious “I”. This in itself is very good. For without such a spacesuit, we would instantly turn into eternally whining creatures, fainting, hearing addressed to us: “Who else is this?”

And in the spacesuit it is quiet and sounds from the street do not penetrate here. So the subconscious “sits quietly”, playing with the levers of our well-being. And even if he presses on some lever that is unpleasant for us, nothing can be done. You can scream in pain and despair, but the subconscious is deaf not only to the remarks of strangers, but also to the arguments of its own reason. Is that bad. But, fortunately for us, nature still left the opportunity to come to an agreement with our subconscious. To talk with the subconscious you need:

Let's learn how to use it correctly. To do this, you need to catch the moment when your thoughts take on a passive form: “They won’t invite me, they won’t give me a bonus, the window will slam in my face.”

And here is the time to get into the suit and talk to the subconscious. We take out the golden key: “A - Z? Why am I worse?! I am the same person as others. I have the right to weaknesses and mistakes, and to my share of the pie of life.”

The collision of two “I”s confuses the subconscious. The fact is that the subconscious mind itself believes that it is controlled by the “I”. And suddenly some other “I” contradicts him. In complete bewilderment, the subconscious takes off the psychoprotection suit and begins to listen to the arguments of reason.

Convincing the subconscious

The subconscious without a psychoprotection suit is a very sweet and friendly creature. True, completely defenseless. Who told you that you are not a great athlete, dancer, commander, violinist, politician, sex symbol? Don't have any achievements in these areas yet? So what? All great people had a time when they were completely ordinary. At some point, they decided to make something of themselves and began to move in this direction every day. Therefore, if you want to achieve something, then you must act as a great person would act in your place.

It is naive to think that you can inspire anything into your subconscious. Chatting has no effect on the subconscious; it can chatter anyone on its own. Therefore, you need to discard empty talk. They said it and began to act. The subconscious is convinced only by actions.

The subconscious is convinced only by actions. Therefore, if you start doing exercises immediately after making a decision, your subconscious will remember that you have serious intentions. And then you will automatically put on your sneakers in the morning before you even wake up. And you will move your feet, not understanding where you are rushing in the morning fog.

But you can’t immediately rush to attack great goals. Your failure will only convince the subconscious to put on the psychoprotection suit again. You need to set yourself a small goal and achieve it. And then raise the bar higher and take it. Very soon the subconscious will believe that you are becoming a different person. Then feel free to return the spacesuit to him. The subconscious is now your ally. He will maintain a new vision of himself regardless of your temporary setbacks.

Communication with your subconscious is a great sacrament. This is a touch to the great and indescribable forces of the Universe. How to learn to hear your subconscious?

The subconscious mind does not think intelligently, it cannot be heard. It can draw our attention to something, hold our gaze, bring back memories or provide dreams. But you won’t be able to hear animal nature, just as you can’t hear something reasonable in the rumbling of a well-fed belly.

The subconscious is the instincts to which the consciousness feeds food that it cannot digest. But you should not open the way to the subconscious without control. It is older than consciousness and stronger than it.

The subconscious often sends us signals in borderline states - before sleep or immediately upon awakening. And also in moments of peace, relaxation, meditation. You need to stay in silence more often to hear something inside yourself. Because it is difficult for our subconscious to reach us and “shout over” TV, music, advertising and a bunch of other things that clog our attention.

Practice

Today we will do a dive while sitting on the floor. Try sitting in a lotus or half-lotus position, whatever feels comfortable for you. If this is a completely unacceptable asana for you, then please sit on a chair and do this practice in the same way.

What does this practice allow you to do?

Firstly, we will try to go deeper into the alpha state and find contact with our unconscious there, we will ask questions about what the answer “yes” and the answer “no” look like and listen to our body.

Let me remind you that we have three perception systems and the most important thing is to learn to hear at least one. The advanced level is when you learn to see pictures, visuals, hear what your unconscious tells you and navigate your body. That is, in some part of the body your unconscious will somehow respond.

For example, you will ask a question about what a “yes” answer looks like. We will observe this as relaxed as possible, and you will be led in some direction, your head will turn somehow, your finger will begin to twitch, or you will feel some kind of pulsation, vibration in your knee. Everything needs to be paid attention to. The most important - understand how your body signals the answer “yes”.

We will then ask a question about what the answer “no” would look like. And in the same way you will monitor what is happening in the body. It often happens that for a minute your unconscious mind does not react in any way with your body and does not show what the answer “yes” looks like when you later ask questions.

For example, whether to meet you or not. You sat down, closed your eyes, did this practice: first, stop the internal dialogue, then we come into contact with our unconscious, listen. If within a minute you receive a “yes” answer, then you immediately know that you are good to go. If you don’t have any sensations, no response within 1-2 minutes, then you understand that it’s probably better not to go. But you can repeat this practice after another 5-10 minutes.

So, the answer “yes” is always clear in the form of a reaction from a certain part of the body. But the answer “no” can simply give complete silence. That is, you ask and listen. If within a minute there is no answer “yes” and no answer “no” has come either, perhaps your unconscious mind will also imply that the answer “no” does not look like anything. That is, the reaction occurs only to the answer “yes”.

What questions can be addressed to the unconscious?

You can contact us with any questions that require “yes” or “no” answers. But, of course, in such a basic practice, your unconscious will not say “go there at such and such time, there is such and such an amount of money, and if you find yourself there, you will take this money for yourself.”

Or “or there will be that man here and there who will look like this.” Of course, in basic practices it is impossible to hear, feel, know, and therefore you begin to interact with your unconscious, asking a question and receiving “yes” or “no” answers.

So, let's get ready for practice. Sit in a way that is comfortable for you. The fingers can lie completely freely in any mudra. I usually do “yin and yang” - I connect my fingers like this and they intersect. But it is not important. You can just put your fingers. This can be done if you sit in the lotus or half-lotus position. You can sit like this.

If you are sitting on a chair, you can also close your thumb and index finger in mudra and place them on your knees and simply relax your palms.

N Let's start alpha diving

We do the alpha dive as usual. Close your eyes, place your tongue on the roof of your mouth to close the channels and direct your eyes a little closer to the bridge of your nose, but this should not cause you discomfort. Your body should be as relaxed as possible; you just need to keep your spine vertical. Do not do this practice lying down. Most likely, you will not feel the answers or they will not come.

Sit down, eyes closed, place your tongue anywhere on the roof of your mouth. We are sitting now, completely relaxed, keeping our spine vertical, the top of our head directed towards the ceiling. Take a long breath, long exhale, as you feel comfortable and in this practice we breathe only through the nose. If someone can't breathe through their nose, just shake their head to the sides.

So, long inhale, long exhale. Long breath, long breath. And you continue to inhale long and exhale long. Now I will ask you to take a long breath and exhale one more time. Open your eyes briefly. Look around, realize where you are and close again. Now please straighten your breathing, remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth, straighten your eyes. You can relax your jaw a little to make it more comfortable.

Sit and observe, feel your body, listen to me. Now relax as much as possible, release all the muscles in your body so that there is no tension, so that you can hear and catch the slightest sensation when your unconscious answers your questions.

Now we turn to our unconscious.

“Dear unconscious, please make contact in the way that is optimal for you. Dear unconscious, please make contact in the way that is optimal for you.”

Now relax as much as possible and listen. Maybe it will make contact actively through the body. We are not yet asking questions about what the “yes” and “no” answers will look like. We are simply observing how it can make itself felt.

Please observe how this will happen, how your unconscious will make contact. Stay in this state for a while. It's just a good, pleasant state. At the same time, your body may already be filled with energy. When we plunge into the alpha state, energy flows automatically begin to work in us.

Now, regardless of how your unconscious came into contact, and whether it came out at all, ask it a question:

“Dear unconscious, please show me what the answer “yes” will look like.

And now relax as much as possible. Firstly, we feel with our body any vibrations, any changes, any sensations in the body: this is what the answer “yes” will look like to any question that you subsequently ask him. Let’s see what the answer “yes” will look like.

Stay in this state. We don’t block anything on purpose, we are as relaxed as possible, we don’t do anything special, we breathe normally, we just observe what and where manifested itself in the body, how the body, for example, begins to move on its own. That is, we are now receiving an answer from the unconscious what the answer “yes” will look like.

Firstly, we listen to what comes in phrases - these are our thoughts, because the first phrase is correct. Or it will be sensations in the body. Still, more often than not, the unconscious responds with the body. Watch. Maybe somewhere it itched, swirled, swirled, pulsated. Maybe the body is swaying from side to side, back and forth, or the head is spinning in some unusual way.

Now thank the unconscious, say:

“Thank you, dear unconscious”

Regardless of whether you heard or not. Now just stay in silence. We completely stop the internal dialogue.

If a thought goes on, we don’t continue it. Relax as much as possible.

And ask the question again:

“Dear unconscious, please show me again what the answer “yes” will look like..

Relax, listen through your body. Be attentive to any changes in your body.

Most likely, if you received an answer the first time, then the second time you received absolutely the same feeling as confirmation.

“Dear unconscious, thank you, I understand”.

And now we turn to him again:

“Dear unconscious, please show me what the answer “no” will look like.

And we also listen. Now just sit in complete silence and see if they show you what the answer “no” looks like. We just observe as much as possible. Maybe you will have pictures, maybe you will hear phrases from the unconscious. Maybe you will still feel in your body what the answer “no” looks like.

If suddenly you need a little more time, pause me, stay in this state, watch, listen.

Now we say:

"Thank you, dear unconscious".

And just be in silence, without analyzing anything, without developing any themes, just relax.

Let us ask the question again:

“Dear unconscious, please show me once again what the answer “no” will look like.”

And we listen with our bodies, we listen with our ears, we watch the visuals. These are only your sensations, these are only your answers, your unconscious. Watch.

Now give thanks and say:

“Dear unconscious, thank you.”

Open your eyes a little and leave the practice completely.

Firstly, now your state has changed a lot, since we have plunged into the alpha state, energy flows are starting to work well and you most likely feel full, somehow you have begun to feel your body differently and you like it. Someone felt it through the body for the first time, someone saw some pictures for the first time.

If you do this practice every day, then I have a request for you - for the first 3-5 days, do not ask any more questions in order to improve your quality, so that you clearly understand that this is how your unconscious answers you “yes”, and this is how your unconscious answers you “no” or if it is silent, it also means “no”.

Once you have practiced for 4-5 days, maybe you even need 7 days, to evoke exactly these sensations every day, to undoubtedly understand that this is how your unconscious voices itself to you, that this is what “yes” looks like, this is what “no” looks like and you understand him.

And then, when you have practiced for a certain number of days, you can ask questions of interest. For example, today you were invited somewhere and you can first start not with whether you should go there or not, but, for example, ask the question: “Will my meeting go well? Yes or no?".

At what point should I ask this question? Once you master this practice, it will be very easy for you. You will close your eyes on your own, immerse yourself in the alpha state. Before each time, you still need to once again receive confirmation from the unconscious.

Greet him, ask him to get in touch, then ask:

“Dear unconscious, please show me what the answer “yes” will look like today.

Listen, wait, thank. Then you ask what a “no” would look like today. You also waited for the answer, looked, thanked and then asked your one question: Dear unconscious, will my meeting go well today?” You wait and get a “yes or no” answer.

For the first 2-3 weeks, practice with one question, and then you can ask additional questions, and you can have a whole dialogue. For example, when asked whether your meeting will go well, the unconscious will answer you in the negative. Then you ask: “If I wear a different dress, will my meeting go well?” - it will say “yes.”

In principle, there are as many ways of communication as there are people. Everyone chooses what is more suitable for themselves. Personally, I like finger signals, mental and figurative communication. This allows me to communicate with the subconscious even in transport - no one notices anything.

And don't be afraid to go crazy. We've all been crazy for a long time now.

Is it normal for people to create illnesses for themselves, cause pain and suffering to themselves and others, and live with all this just because they do not want to take responsibility for their own lives? There is no bad or good subconscious. It is always ready to communicate with you if you sincerely want it. The subconscious mind always takes care of you, but it does it in its own way, based on the experience of your entire personal history, that is, in the way you yourself taught it. Therefore, trust your inner mind, and it will do everything in the best possible way.

The subconscious functions in the same way for everyone, regardless of education and intellectual level, be it a scientist or a fireman. I would even say that it is much easier for the latter to do this, since an academic degree often contributes to an increased sense of self-importance, which prevents a person from noticing simple and amazing things. Let me mention once again that a person is an integral personality. And, turning to your subconscious, you simply strive to unravel the incomprehensible mystery that is man himself!

Finger signals

The previous methods are based on the fact that you invite your subconscious to choose a method for communication. But sometimes it is easier to offer the subconscious a sign language: be it finger movements or a pendulum.

The simplest sign language would be to raise one finger or another: for example, raising the index finger on the right hand to answer “yes” (if you are right-handed) and raising the index finger on the left hand to answer “no”. Raising both fingers at the same time to answer “I don’t know” and holding the fingers still - “I don’t want to answer.”

As you understand, this division is purely arbitrary, and you can establish the sign language yourself. Finger movements should be unconscious and automatic.

Don't try to move your fingers consciously. Just don’t interfere with your subconscious, trust it completely.

Questions must be asked clearly and unambiguously - after all, the subconscious understands everything literally.

I want to warn you right away - there are no people who cannot communicate with the subconscious and there are no bad subconscious minds. If you don't succeed in one way, try another.

I advise you to try all the methods. Maybe you will like one more. The result will definitely come if you intend to get the answer from the depths of your mind.

Now let's try it. Sit in a soft, comfortable chair or lie down on the sofa. Let your hands rest freely and nothing interferes with them. Immediately agree with the subconscious which signal will correspond to this or that answer.

Now, mentally or out loud, turn inside yourself and ask this question:

“Is my subconscious ready to communicate with me? If “yes,” raise the index finger on your right hand with unconscious movements; if “no” - on the left hand.”

Don't try to guess the answer - just wait patiently. After a few seconds, you will feel a slight itching, tingling or numbness in a certain area.

This means that the muscles have received a subconscious signal, tensed and are about to begin to raise a finger. Another second, and the tip of the finger slowly, trembling slightly, moves upward.

The finger can complete its movement by rising quite high, or perhaps only slightly lifting off the surface. Once you have received and realized the answer, thank your subconscious mind and put your finger down.

If you get the answer “no,” then this only means that there are some obstacles to communication, which I have already mentioned: poor health or mood, unfavorable external environment, fear of communication, mistrust of oneself. Remove any obstacles and try again.

Pendulum method

To master this method, you will need a small lucite ball suspended on a thread, 20 centimeters long. Instead of a ball, you can use a wedding ring or a simple nut. Now place your elbow on the table and pinch the end of the thread between your thumb and forefinger. The ball will begin to swing freely.

Rock it forward and back, left and right, clockwise and counterclockwise. This is necessary so that the subconscious mind determines which muscles are involved in these movements.

After this, stop the ball and turn to the subconscious mind:

“Subconscious mind, choose one pendulum movement out of four possible ones, which you will later use to answer “yes”, and demonstrate this movement to me.”

Wait for the answer and keep your eyes on the pendulum. Try to “hypnotize” the ball. Within a few seconds the pendulum begins to move. Sometimes you need more time to “build up”. The range of movements may vary. As a rule, it is large enough for the answer to be clear.

Having received the answer, stop the pendulum, thank the subconscious and ask it to choose another movement from the remaining three for the answer “no”.

Then ask them to choose the appropriate motions for the “I don’t know” and “I don’t want to answer” responses. This is an old, proven method, which has always been given a certain amount of mysticism. The sight of a “living” pendulum that meaningfully responds to questions is simply mesmerizing.

However, there is nothing supernatural about this. It’s just that the subconscious is capable of making decisions, thinking and taking control of certain muscle groups on its own. It is only important to trust your subconscious mind.

How to ask questions

The way the question is asked is very important to the communication process. To achieve perfection in this, you will need certain knowledge and experience. My examples from practice and your personal attempts will help you acquire them. Since the subconscious mind takes everything literally, the questions should be clear, simple and unambiguous. Say exactly what you really want to say.

First, I recommend writing down the questions and answers on a piece of paper. If you get an unusual answer, it may mean you asked the wrong question. Try to formulate the question differently. The subconscious always gives honest answers (unless you are a notorious liar, of course).

What I really want to warn you against is trying to look into the future. This is an area that needs to be handled very carefully. This is what we create for ourselves.

It is important to understand a few things and always keep them in mind

  • You need to believe in your success. Faith is the most important aspect in any practice.
  • You must always sincerely thank your subconscious. This is a great motivating factor that improves communication!
  • The subconscious is your closest and most faithful friend, which will always understand and help. You need to feel it. With practice, this feeling of love and trust will appear.
  • Your subconscious is you. Be completely free during communication. Feel free to ask any question. There should be no tension during the dialogue. The subconscious is your devoted friend.

You will always have a friend who will understand you perfectly.

Moreover, setting up this contact will contribute to your spiritual growth, the development of psychic abilities and the development of creative potential.

Having a close connection with your subconscious, you will begin to live in confidence, in harmony with yourself and nature, because your subconscious will always indicate and suggest how to act in the best way.

We do not recommend starting work with the subconscious immediately before bed, in the dead of night, or even in the dark unless absolutely necessary. It is also not recommended to begin work on establishing contacts with the subconscious when you are short of time, in a bad mood, in a painful state, or if you experience an internal reluctance to do this at a given moment in time, regardless of the reasons. When starting to work with your subconscious, be internally prepared for significant positive changes in your life and allocate the appropriate time for this.

Reasons why the Subconscious may not make contact:

1. You do not adhere to the principles that were described earlier.
2. You do not treat the Subconscious as your friend.
3. You are in a bad mood or feel tired.
4. External factors (thunderstorm, noise, too many people).
5. Mistrust, ingratitude.
6. Insincere attitude.
7. Doubts about the unlimited possibilities of the Subconscious.
8. Trust and gratitude only to the Subconscious, and not to all people, the Universe.
9. Waiting for results. Questions about when the wish will come true.

Let's move on to more complex methods of working with the subconscious. First of all, we learn to communicate on a subconscious level. Don't even try to use these techniques consciously. Consciousness can't handle it. You will only frantically s-m-m-m-m-mok. To successfully use these techniques, learn how to use them BEFORE you start communicating. Before the conversation, you need to sit down and tune in to how you will conduct it. Set tasks for the subconscious. There is no need to think about these tasks during a conversation. The subconscious itself knows what to do.

Success among people is only possible if you know how to communicate with them. No communication - no success. But the biggest problem is that while communicating you have to achieve a conscious result, so the consciousness is already occupied. And you can communicate effectively only with the subconscious. You, of course, know people who easily get to know each other and communicate. But this is rare. Most people find it difficult to communicate with strangers.

The very presence of another person already affects us. Here you are sitting alone in the waiting room reading a magazine. You are calm. But then another person came into the waiting room. Everything changed immediately. The ease is lost. You tensed up before you even started communicating. Notice that you haven’t even entered into a conversation yet, and you’re already tense. How difficult is the process of communication itself! You need to communicate with a feeling of ease and comfort. First we need to figure out what makes us most difficult when communicating.

You walk into a room where important people are sitting: an academician, a world boxing champion, a millionaire and a beauty pageant winner. Well, you went there. How will you feel? Isn’t it a little more constrained than if your friends Petka, Vaska, Dimka and Mashka were sitting in the room.

What does this listing of titles accomplish? It seems to lift the person above you. And you become smaller and smaller. You shrink to the size of a mouse and can only squeak in humiliation in the corner so as not to be stepped on. Titles are like weights thrown onto a scale. “Winner of the All-Russian competition” - and the weight is added to the scales of your interlocutor.

Yes, the interlocutor will immediately decrease in size. But how will this affect the relationship? They will become extremely tense. What should you talk about with this nonentity? In essence, titles are cages that separate people.

Conversation is effective if the balance of communication is maintained. Pride and self-humiliation are the chasms that lie between people. The bridge across the abyss is only those common views where people play on equal terms. It is quite easy to strike up a conversation with the seller because both the seller and the buyer play on an equal footing. They are engaged in trade together. Although here, too, an inexperienced seller can disrupt communication by taking the pose: “I know what you should buy.” The balance is broken. The buyer runs away.

The best way to establish relationships immediately and easily is to play as equals. Talk to anyone on the same level. Not higher. But not lower either. He is a man - and I am a man. And let all the pieces of paper with titles burn with a blue flame.

The main secret of human behavior

Only by being on the same level as your interlocutor can you break through isolation. In this case, the conversation becomes insightful and intimate. It will be easy for you to communicate with people if you learn the main secret: Everything a person does, he does for one thing - to experience some feelings.

And in this people differ very little from each other. From the janitor to the president, all people equally want to experience feelings. They differ only in that the president has more mechanical devices for generating feelings. An armored car, plane number one, a suitcase with a nuclear button - all these things serve to generate a sense of uniqueness and exclusivity.

I arrived in the country and was greeted at the plane's steps by a group of brave guys with guns. Why! The President has arrived! But it is not known which is better. Maybe if the best girl in the world meets you at the plane's exit, it gives you a much greater feeling of exclusivity? After all, she loves you exclusively, and the honor guard is whoever they order. And the dense fog over the river, silence, fresh air and a fishing rod in your hands give you more peace of mind than bodyguards nervously running around. Therefore, high-profile titles, high ranks, thick wads of money are nothing more than a rubber woman. Good, unless it's real. But the elasticity of the body, a loving look, a gentle touch - this is a real currency that will never depreciate.

People value real feelings more than anything else in life. From here follow the rules of skillful communication. When communicating with people, you can create in them: negative feelings. And then people will avoid you; no feelings. And you will be an inconspicuous shadow that will be ignored; positive feelings. People will be drawn to you; super senses. Ignite them and you will become an idol.

Techniques for working with the Subconscious

The techniques are based on entering a meditative state, which will allow us to communicate with the Subconscious mind not only in the intermediate state, but also at any other time during the day.

Distracted gaze technique.

1. Get ready to work.

3. Begin to look around the entire room (street, courtyard, wall - what you see in front of you) with an absent-minded gaze. With this view, you immediately see everything that comes into your view. Unfocus your gaze, as if looking with peripheral vision and simultaneously viewing the entire picture of reality in front of your eyes. Don't blink!

4. Stare distractedly for about 2-3 minutes. Then, without leaving this state, start working with the Subconscious (ask questions, ask for advice, etc.).

After working with the Subconscious, do not forget to thank Him, close your eyes and sit for 1-2 minutes.

Technique of thoughtlessness.

1. Sit in the lotus position (you can do it in Turkish) or lie down on a flat, hard surface. You can just sit comfortably.

2. Take 2-3 deep breaths.

3. Relax and observe your thoughts for 2-3 minutes.

4. Set your gaze on some point or use an absent-minded gaze, but it is not so effective in this case.

By fixing your gaze on one point, you will notice that your thoughts have stopped. If not, then use your willpower to stop them. Stay in a state of thoughtlessness for 1-2 minutes and move on to working with the Subconscious.

You can also use the absent-minded technique, but at the same time stop the internal dialogue (stream of thoughts).

Thanks to these techniques, you can receive answers from the Subconscious, either in the form of your signs that you have established for yourself, or (later) in the form of direct verbal responses.

Important note.

Thanks to these techniques, you can get an answer to a specific question whose answer is oriented towards “yes” or “no”. In order to receive answers in a different form, you need to set them in an intermediate state.

When you can get into direct contact with the Subconscious, then thanks to these techniques you will be able to communicate with the Subconscious at any time and anywhere and in any form (various questions, advice, desires).

Mindfulness technique.

Earlier we talked about the practice of consciously observing an object or event.

So, the method itself.

1. Choose an object, situation or something else to observe.

2. Get ready for work, take a comfortable and, importantly, non-suspicious position. If you are walking or doing something specific, then continue to do it completely naturally. Simply choose an object that will allow you to do your work and observe at the same time.

3. Start observing. Concentrate. Deeper and deeper, stronger and stronger.

When your concentration reaches its peak, try to contact the Subconscious. Contact him. If It answered you, then continue to concentrate and at the same time communicate with the Subconscious. If not, then continue to observe and try again after 5-7 minutes.

Try it and you yourself will understand that in moments of observing something, our consciousness perceives the world completely differently. You seem to dissolve in everything that is happening and at the same time everything that is not connected with the object of your concentration loses any meaning.

You and your observed object become one. At such moments you can talk to the Subconscious mind directly. This is very effective because people don’t know or see that you are busy with something. This practice is completely invisible to others.

If you are distracted, then respond and continue to concentrate; if you are constantly distracted, then stop observing or change the object of concentration that will allow you to continue your observation and at the same time talk with a person or drive a car, for example.

Important note.

This technique is the most difficult as it is very difficult to achieve peak concentration, especially if you are in a crowded and noisy place, so first try this technique at home during your meditation, when you are completely alone with no one to distract you.

Practice and you will definitely succeed!

It is also important to note that maintaining awareness is necessary simply in order to be alone with yourself. There is no need to use awareness just for the sake of communicating with the Subconscious. Understand that observation, the process itself, is a very powerful tool for spiritual development.

Train yourself to simply observe. Let the process itself bring you pleasure.
